Our beautiful 7000 sq ft facility is centrally located in Hauppuage on

Artistic Gymnastics Policys
-
A 36-class session runs from September to June.
Payments are divided equally into 10 installment payments . This means
that the same monthly payment is due regardless of the number of classes
in a particular month. Absence in a short month does not entitle a
student to a discount . Payment must be paid the 1st class of the month.
Payments may be paid in the form of check, cash or credit card (visa or
mastercard only). A $35 late fee will be applied to all late payments.
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

All new students pay a $30 registration fee to cover
secondary insurance policy and fill out a registration form.
Registration fee is paid annually in September. The registration fee in
non-refundable and cannot be applied to classes.

Students are allowed 5 make-ups per session. All
classes missed after the 5th absences are lost. Make-ups must be
scheduled in advance, through the office. There are absolutely no
refunds made for missed classes. Missed classes due to extended illness
or injury will be credited only with a doctor’s note .

Snow days are not made up unless 3 days are missed on
any given day in one session ( 3 classes missed for snow = 1 make up ).
Snow days are announced on the answering machine.

It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their
children are adhering to these rules:

There is zero tolerance for violence. Threatening or
violent behavior of any kind, from any age child, will result in
immediate dismissal from the school . No refund will be given .

Proper attire must be worn. Leotards or biketards
allow for the most freedom of movement. Avoid excessively baggy
clothing, street clothes, jeans or halters. Hair must be tied back
before class. Avoid fancy clips as they can hurt during tumbling.

Sick children must be kept home. If a child has
vomited or had a bought of diarrhea within 24 hours of their class time,
they should not be brought to the gym. Plantars warts must be covered
with a sock. Open wounds must be securely bandaged so as to not come
loose during class. Other contagious infections such as ringworm, lice,
and conjunctivitis or unknown rashes must be kept out of the gym until
treated medically.

Jewelry and other valuables should be left home.
Artistic Gymnastics is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items
brought into the gym.

Water bottles are to be kept in the cubbies. Soda and
juice are not appropriate drinks during workout. Children are not
permitted to eat during class time.

Students are not permitted to communicate with parents
during class time. Calling down instructions from the balcony or waiting
room, or any other contact is not allowed. This is for the safety of the
child. Parents are not allowed in the gym during classes. Siblings of
students who stay during class time must behave in an appropriate
manner. NO running up and down the stairs, screaming or loud games is
permitted. Also, children should refrain from going through the leotard
sale racks unless you intend to purchase a leotard.

Student may not be dropped off more than 10 minutes
before class and must be picked up within 7 minutes after class has
ended. After 7 minutes, a babysitting fee of $20.00 per 15 minutes
(inclusive) will be applied to you next month’s bill.
